Six production locations in Eastern Europe were compared while pursuing a European production contract.
Our contribution
Black Darter® assessed labour costs, location advantages, tax considerations and customer proximity. With tax-adviser involvement, a concept for establishing a European holding company was also developed.

Our contribution
Black Darter® took over customer communication and handled enquiries as an integrated member of the client team. It also established a company on the client’s behalf and managed its administration.
