Digital transformation: from data to action

ERP, CRM and other systems deliver shared value when their information connects within everyday workflows.

Capture and structure data

Data Capture connects the required internal and external sources. Data Structure aligns terms, formats and records. Establish which system is authoritative for each item and who is responsible for correcting it.

Make insights useful

Data Intelligence supports analysis and recommendations. Start with a specific question: which offers are comparable, where are approvals missing, or which deviation needs a decision? A report is useful only when its underlying information is traceable.

Embed the change in operations

Data Action turns insights into an agreed task. Assign owners, approvals and measures. Test cases, training and handover precede a wider rollout. Include running costs, exception handling and necessary rework in the assessment.

Decision guide

Which solution fits the task?

Choose the tool after understanding the process. Compare value, the consequences of errors and ongoing effort for each task.

Fixed rules and structured data
Consider a direct integration or rules-based automation. Calculations and required fields often do not need a language model.
Text, documents and varied formats
AI can classify content, extract information or prepare drafts. Sources, exceptions and expert review belong in the workflow.
Binding or hard-to-reverse decisions
Pricing approvals, contracts and sensitive exceptions need named decision-makers and suitable controls.
Unclear process or missing data
First clarify responsibilities and the data foundation. Automation cannot make a contradictory process reliable.

The outcome should define what is automated, what remains with people and who operates the solution after handover.
