Who we are.

Black Darter Consulting GmbH was founded in March 2017. Originally established as a management company for actively managed investments, a hybrid business model has developed in which, in addition to actively managed investments, services for third parties are also offered.

Black Darter Consulting GmbH currently holds equity stakes in five countries. We see our mission as creating the conditions for the company to develop even more successfully following our investment. This is achieved through detailed dialogue with management, as well as through our network and our own entrepreneurial personalities.

Our actions are completely independent and free from the overriding interests of third parties, and we are committed to a consistent, long-term, and value-oriented corporate philosophy.

We also invest in real estate in German-speaking countries.

In the calendar year 2021, we recorded net sales of EUR 23.2 million, excluding the sales of our portfolio companies.
